Spine implant safety under review: REFLECT system studied in kids
NCT ID NCT07589023
First seen May 15, 2026 · Last updated May 21, 2026 · Updated 2 times
Summary
This study looks back at medical records of 100 children and teens with idiopathic scoliosis (a spine curve with no known cause) who were treated with the REFLECT Scoliosis Correction System. The main goal is to see how often the implant's cord breaks and whether that leads to more surgeries. Researchers will also check for other complications and how well the spine curve is corrected.
