Summary
This study adapted a type of therapy called Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) into a group program for family caregivers aged 50 and older who care for someone with Alzheimer's disease. The goal was to reduce suicidal thoughts and feelings. Nine caregivers took part, and the program focused on teaching skills to manage stress and emotional pain.
