Summary

This study looks at whether increasing hospital ward visits from twice to four times a day, along with structured talks and simple relaxation exercises, can help lower anxiety in patients waiting for a therapeutic gastrointestinal endoscopy. About 1,000 adults with mild anxiety will take part. The goal is to improve patient comfort and experience without any major risks.
