Summary
This study tests whether a one-hour online training video can reduce unconscious racial bias among pharmacy interns who prescribe HIV prevention medication (PrEP). Researchers will recruit 70 pharmacy interns in Boston to watch the video and then measure changes in bias using a standard test. The goal is to see if the training is practical and acceptable, with the hope of making HIV prevention more equitable for people of color.
