Summary

This study tests a behavioral program called Regulation of Cues (ROC) adapted for Latinas with prediabetes and obesity. The goal is to see if it helps them lose weight and prevent type 2 diabetes. About 30 women aged 18-55 will participate, attending up to 14 sessions and rating how helpful the program is.
