Summary

This study tests whether training intensive care nurses in evidence-based practices can lower rates of ventilator-associated pneumonia, pressure ulcers, and central line bloodstream infections. Researchers will train nurses and use advanced equipment, then compare infection rates before and after the training. About 272 patients and their nurses in Bangladesh will take part.
