Summary
This study tests whether starting HIV treatment right after diagnosis, instead of waiting, can reduce stigma and improve health for people who inject drugs. Researchers will compare the rapid-start approach to usual care in 135 participants. The goal is to lower viral levels and make people feel less judged.
