NCT ID NCT06405373

First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated Apr 30, 2026 · Updated 30 times

Summary

This study compares two virtual group programs—one focused on emotions, the other on problem-solving—to help adults with type 1 diabetes feel less stressed about their condition. About 200 participants will try one program first, and if it doesn't help, they'll get extra one-on-one sessions. The goal is to find better ways to reduce diabetes distress and improve daily life.
