First seen Nov 21, 2025 · Last updated May 16, 2026 · Updated 23 times
Summary
This study tests a new treatment for people with recurrent glioblastoma, an aggressive brain cancer. Doctors inject immune-boosting cells and two immunotherapy drugs directly into the tumor during surgery, followed by more immunotherapy through a brain reservoir and vein. The goal is to help the immune system attack the cancer while limiting side effects. About 110 adults are taking part in this early-phase trial.
