Summary

This study is testing whether a simple blood test can help doctors decide the best treatment for people with rectal cancer. Researchers will measure cancer DNA in the blood of 50 patients before, during, and after their standard treatment. The goal is to see if this test can predict which patients respond well enough to avoid major surgery.
