Summary

This study tests a 12-session group therapy designed specifically for veteran men who experienced military sexual trauma (MST). The therapy focuses on reducing shame and building a sense of belonging and hope. Researchers will interview veterans and clinicians, then run a small pilot trial to see if the program is practical and helpful within the VA system. The goal is to create a treatment that addresses the unique needs of men, who often face stigma and are overlooked in current MST care.
