Drug combo may boost Post-Surgery recovery

Summary
This study tests whether giving dexmedetomidine and esketamine during and after surgery helps patients feel better and recover faster. About 316 adults having surgery under general anesthesia will take part. The goal is to see if these drugs improve pain, comfort, and emotional well-being after the operation.
