First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026

Summary

This early-phase trial tests whether combining three drugs (recombinant Erwinia asparaginase, venetoclax, and blinatumomab) is safe and effective for adults whose B-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia has returned or not responded to prior treatment. The study enrolls 26 people aged 12 to 55. Researchers will monitor side effects and look for signs that the cancer goes into remission.
