This study tests whether a three-drug combination can help people with triple-negative breast cancer whose tumors stopped responding to immunotherapy. About 46 women will receive cromolyn, TQB2102, and panpulimab to see if tumors shrink or stop growing. The goal is to control the disease, not cure it.
