Summary
This study aims to understand how well the medication semaglutide works in everyday life for people with type 2 diabetes or obesity. Researchers will look back at the health records of 400 Canadian patients to compare semaglutide's effects on blood sugar, weight, and heart and kidney health against other common diabetes drugs over three years.
