Summary

This study is observing 4,500 adults with chronic kidney disease and type 2 diabetes who are starting the medication finerenone as part of their regular doctor's care. Researchers will collect information for one year to learn how the drug is used in real-world settings, including dosing, reasons for starting or stopping, and side effects like high potassium levels. The goal is to gather practical knowledge about the drug's use outside of controlled clinical trials.
