Summary
This study tested a new method for injecting a green dye to help surgeons find lymph nodes during robotic surgery for early-stage endometrial cancer. The new method uses real-time imaging to guide the injection, aiming to find more lymph nodes on both sides of the pelvis. 80 patients took part, and the researchers compared the new technique to the standard approach.
