Summary

This study tests a 6-week program for adults 55 and older that combines group book discussions with simple mouth exercises. The goal is to see if it can reduce depression, improve physical and oral health, and boost mental toughness. Half of the 60 participants will do the program, while the other half gets standard oral health advice.
