First seen Apr 24, 2026 · Last updated Apr 29, 2026 · Updated 1 time
Summary
This study looks at whether a six-week program of group reading and mouth exercises can help older adults feel less depressed, stay stronger, and keep their mouths healthy. Researchers will compare a group doing these activities to a group that just gets basic oral health tips. The goal is to find simple, community-based ways to support both mental and physical health in people aged 55 and older.
