Summary
This early-phase study tests whether adding targeted radiation to immunotherapy drugs (nivolumab with or without relatlimab) is safe and can boost the immune system's attack on advanced stomach or esophageal cancer. About 21 adults with limited metastatic disease will receive radiation to some tumors followed by immunotherapy. The main goal is to measure immune cell changes in non-irradiated tumors, not to cure the disease.
