Summary
This early-stage trial tests a new treatment for children and young adults (ages 2-30) with severe lupus that hasn't responded to standard therapies. The treatment involves collecting a patient's own immune cells, engineering them to target and destroy faulty B cells (which drive lupus), and infusing them back.
