Fast-Track return to HIV care aims to keep virus in check

Summary
This study is for adults with HIV who have stopped their medication for at least 12 weeks and want to restart treatment. It tests a faster process where participants begin taking a standard, once-daily HIV pill (B/F/TAF) on the very same day they return to the clinic. Researchers want to see if this quick restart is safe, effective at controlling the virus, and helps people stay in care.
