Can Same-Day HIV med restart help patients get back on track?

Summary
This study looks at whether people with HIV who have stopped taking their medication for at least 12 weeks can safely restart treatment on the same day they return to care. About 200 adults will receive a once-daily pill (B/F/TAF) and be monitored for viral suppression and side effects. The goal is to make re-starting easier and keep patients healthy.
