First seen Mar 10, 2026 · Last updated May 16, 2026 · Updated 12 times

Summary

This study looks at whether a rapid drop in a specific blood marker (dFLC) within the first week of treatment can predict a complete response in people with AL amyloidosis. About 50 participants will receive a standard daratumumab-based therapy. The goal is to see if early changes can guide better treatment decisions.
