First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jul 08, 2026 · Updated 2 times

Summary

This study tests a personalized approach for people with AL amyloidosis who have a specific genetic change called t(11;14). All 41 participants start with a standard three-drug combination. If their blood responds quickly within a week, they continue that treatment; if not, they switch to a different combination that includes a targeted drug. The goal is to improve the chance of complete blood remission and organ function at 6 months.
