Summary

This study tests the drug rapamycin in children with severe lymphatic malformations in the head and neck area that cannot be safely removed with surgery. The goal is to see if taking rapamycin for 6 months can shrink these growths by at least one-fifth and improve symptoms like pain, breathing, and swallowing. The trial involves 28 children up to 18 years old.
