Fasting plus exercise: a promising combo for weight loss?

Summary

This study explores whether daytime fasting during Ramadan, alone or with moderate aerobic exercise, can help overweight adults lose body fat and improve heart health. About 30 participants will be randomly assigned to fasting only or fasting plus supervised exercise. Measurements will be taken before and during the last week of Ramadan to see any changes.
