Summary
This study aims to see if combining Ramadan daytime fasting with a supervised aerobic exercise program leads to better improvements in body fat, blood sugar, and cholesterol levels compared to fasting alone. Researchers will enroll 30 overweight or obese adults who plan to fast for Ramadan. Participants will be randomly assigned to either just fast or to fast and complete an exercise program, with health measurements taken before and at the end of Ramadan.
