Summary
This study is testing a non-surgical radiation treatment for people with severe hand tremor from Essential Tremor or Parkinson's disease. It aims to see if this one-time, outpatient procedure improves patients' quality of life and reduces shaking. Participants will complete questionnaires before and after treatment to track their progress over a year.
