Summary

This study tests a precise, non-invasive radiation treatment called frameless virtual cone radiosurgery for people with severe tremor from essential tremor or Parkinson's disease who cannot have deep brain stimulation. The goal is to reduce tremor and improve daily activities. Forty participants will be followed to measure tremor reduction and any side effects.
