Summary

This study is for people with 6 to 10 metastatic tumors who cannot have surgery or other local treatments. It tests whether adding tiny radioactive seeds (iodine-125) placed directly into tumors, along with standard drug therapy, can slow cancer growth better than drugs alone. The trial will track survival, side effects, and quality of life in 120 participants.
