This phase 3 trial compares two strategies for people with high-risk cutaneous squamous cell carcinoma after surgery: adding radiation therapy versus simply monitoring. About 266 participants will be randomly assigned to one of the two groups and followed for at least two years. The main goal is to see whether radiation improves disease-free survival.
