First seen May 31, 2026 · Last updated Jun 19, 2026 · Updated 4 times

Summary

This study tests if a newer, shorter course of radiation therapy (MH-ART) is as good as the standard longer course (CF-IMRT) for women who have had surgery for cervical or endometrial cancer. The goal is to see if the new approach causes fewer side effects and improves quality of life. About 228 participants will be randomly assigned to one of the two treatments.
