Summary
This study is testing whether adding a precise, high-dose radiation treatment helps people with bladder cancer that has spread to a few other body parts. It will compare standard drug treatments alone against standard treatments plus this targeted radiation. The goal is to see if the radiation can better control the spread of the cancer and is safe for patients.
