NCT ID NCT01445288

Summary

This study aimed to understand the side effects of radiation therapy on children and young adults with brain tumors. Researchers followed 76 patients under age 21 for up to 5 years, collecting blood, urine, and MRI scans to measure biological changes. The goal was to learn how radiation affects the brain and a patient's quality of life, not to test a new treatment.
