Summary
This study is for women with a certain type of endometrial cancer (called MMR-D/MSI-H) who have already had surgery. It tests whether adding radiation and an immunotherapy drug called dostarlimab can help keep the cancer from coming back. About 62 participants will receive the combination treatment, and researchers will monitor side effects and how long they stay cancer-free.
