New brain bleed treatment could reduce repeat surgeries

Summary
This study tests a new device (NeoCast) to treat a type of brain bleed called subdural hematoma. About 150 adults with symptoms will receive the device or a standard treatment during a procedure to block a specific artery. The goal is to see if the new device works better at stopping the bleed from coming back and reducing complications.
