Summary

This study tests a program called QuitAid, where pharmacists coach rural smokers on quitting. About 768 people from Virginia, Tennessee, Kentucky, and North Carolina will join. All get nicotine patches, and some also get extra support like text messages, phone counseling, or more medication. The goal is to see which combination helps them stop smoking for good.
