Summary

This study aims to develop a new imaging test that can accurately detect and measure problem areas in muscle and fascia tissue, which cause myofascial pain. Researchers will use ultrasound and MRI to find biomarkers in 120 people with plantar fasciitis, Achilles tendinopathy, or healthy controls. The goal is to improve personalized treatment for chronic muscle pain by creating better diagnostic tools.
