Summary

This study is testing whether a new drug called QRX3 can slow down kidney function decline in people with chronic kidney disease. Researchers will give the drug to 3,000 participants who have gradually worsening kidney function to see if it helps preserve their kidneys better than current treatments. The goal is to prevent patients from needing dialysis by protecting their remaining kidney function.
