Summary

This early-phase study tests a new drug called QLS5316 in about 300 adults with advanced solid tumors (such as colorectal, stomach, head and neck, or lung cancer) that have not responded to standard treatments. The main goals are to check the drug's safety, find the right dose, and see early signs of whether it shrinks tumors. Participants receive QLS5316 alone and are closely monitored for side effects and lab changes.
