Ancient qigong meets modern exercise: a new hope for panic relief?
NCT ID NCT07439224
Summary
This study is testing whether two types of exercise training—Qigong (a gentle mind-body practice) and a mixed exercise program—can help people with panic disorder. Researchers want to see if these activities can reduce anxiety and panic attacks while also improving balance, strength, sleep, and overall quality of life. The study will involve 60 adults diagnosed with panic disorder to compare the effects of these exercise programs.
