New dental materials battle to save Kids' teeth from root canal

Summary
This study looks at three different dental materials used to treat deep cavities in children's permanent molars. The goal is to keep the tooth nerve alive so the root can finish growing normally. About 48 children aged 7 to 11 with deep cavities will be treated and followed for 12 months to see which material works best.
