New study aims to help veterans who Don't respond to first PTSD therapy

Summary

This study looks at ways to help veterans with PTSD who are not getting better from their first treatment. It will test if switching to a different therapy or getting text message reminders to do homework between sessions improves symptoms. About 300 veterans will take part. The goal is to find the best approach for each person.
