Summary

This study is testing whether combining two talk therapies—one for PTSD and one for suicide prevention—works better than standard care to reduce suicidal thoughts and behaviors. The research involves 190 military personnel and veterans who have both PTSD symptoms and recent suicidal thoughts. Participants receive intensive daily therapy sessions over two weeks, with follow-up assessments for one year.
