Can better sleep unlock PTSD care for women veterans?
NCT ID NCT05683132
Summary
This study is testing if a special sleep therapy can help women veterans who have both PTSD and insomnia feel more ready to start and stick with PTSD treatment. It will compare a therapy focused on improving sleep habits to a standard educational program. The goal is to see if improving sleep first makes it easier for veterans to engage in the mental health care they need.
