New Self-Help program aims to help women veterans heal from PTSD

Summary
This study is testing a self-help version of a proven PTSD therapy, both alone and combined with a peer support program, to see if it helps women veterans. The goal is to create a more accessible treatment option that can reduce PTSD and depression symptoms while improving overall mental well-being. It will involve 100 women veterans who will try one of three approaches over 10 weeks.
