Summary

This study tests whether daridorexant, a drug used for insomnia, can reduce PTSD symptoms in 200 adults, including active-duty service members, veterans, and civilians. Participants receive either the drug or a placebo for 12 weeks, and researchers track changes in PTSD severity and safety. The goal is to find a new way to ease the burden of PTSD.
