Summary
This study tested a short educational program for pregnant women to see if it could lower the risk of postpartum depression and strengthen the bond between mother and baby. 88 women in their 20th to 35th week of pregnancy took part. The program taught caring techniques based on the Watson model to improve emotional well-being after birth.
