First seen Mar 04, 2026 · Last updated May 11, 2026 · Updated 4 times

Summary

This study tests whether an 8-week psychoeducation program, based on Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, can help people with depression feel more meaning in life and take better care of themselves. About 46 adults receiving TMS treatment will be randomly assigned to either the program or usual care. Researchers will measure changes in meaning and self-care right after the program and one month later.
