Summary
This study tests a structured psycho-social program (PSP) for adults aged 30-40 with type 2 diabetes who have mild-to-moderate mental health issues. Over 6-8 sessions, participants learn to manage stress, challenge negative thoughts, and improve daily habits. The goal is to reduce depression and diabetes distress, and improve quality of life and medication adherence.
