Summary
This Phase 3 trial tests a personalized care plan for 500 young people aged 15-30 with early psychosis. The plan combines cognitive training (using apps and virtual reality) with supplements (vitamin B12, folinic acid, Omega 3, NAC) tailored to each person's needs.
